Schmitz Aged and Distilled has released [1]Napkin 1.1 with a new automatic guide feature added to the visual communication and screenshot tool (reviewed earlier this year by Josh Centers; see '[2]Napkin Offers a Fresh Take on Visual Communication,' 16 February 2013). When moving and resizing a graphical item, its edges and center point will snap to other items on a napkin as a temporary visual guide is displayed. You can turn off the automatic snapping by holding the Command key when moving or resizing. The update also fixes a crash that occurred when deleting an image from a napkin that contained a call-out, as well as patches some small memory leaks.
