Report Finds 12.7 Million U.S. Workers Have Lost Employer-Based Insurance in 2020

The Economic Policy Institute reports a staggering 12.7 million U.S.
workers have lost their employer-based health insurance since the start
of the pandemic. The finding came as the for-profit healthcare firm
Cigna reported better-than-anticipated profits during the first quarter
and said it is expecting to meet its profit estimates for 2020.
