       Hi again ladies and gentlemen.
       RCL's way continue: intimidating and keeping our money
       (partially in my case).
       Just before being fired out as a backer, mid-Nov, I published an
       URL with news about their management team conflict back in April
       2016, reporting real skilled staff (those who built ZXVega) left
       the company. We also know that there's a legal conflict between
       leavers and those who steer RCL today. About ZXVega intellectual
       property?
       I think this is the root cause of what's happening here. Don't
       misunderstand me: people leave companies regularly, that's
       normal business life, BUT the key knowledge left. Current RCL
       staff didn't have the skills to set the new ZXVega+ in time.
       Probably nor the right to retro-engineer previous ZXVega due to
       legal dispute.
       I'm not an expert, but I'm under the impression that what
       they're doing is :
       1. Re-design previous ZXVega to reduce dimensions
       2. Add a screen
       While this could be a massive amount of work, I think previous
       ZXVega was a first development step in their journey to ZXVega+.
       Previous device was a perfect PoC.
       The problem (in my humble view) is current RCL staff started
       development from scratch due to leak of knowledge. They probably
       decided not to share with backers to avoid panic and massive
       refund requests confident they could deliver with a controlled
       (and acceptable) delay. But things are not progressing as
       expected and they start being short of excuses.
       As said hundred of times here and in all forums: problem is not
       delay, but total absence of clarity and bullying RCL attitude.
       We're all well-grown and can manage our lifes without this
       console :) but we don't accept being bullied.
       Crowdfunding is more than buying a device. It's supporting
       innovation, helping people with new ideas out of standard market
       channels. That need backer has a certain degree of sympathy for
       company they're backing. RCL totally missed that. They're firing
       out people asking legitimate questions. Have a look to Indiegogo
       forum these days : almost only unconditional supporters continue
       posting (rest are fired out!).
       Indiegogo's role in this situation should not be forgotten.
       They're supporting RCL wrong policies with their lack of action.
       They're supposed to guarantee all goes smooth but they're also
       missing their point.
       Brief, 2 companies heavily disappointing their
       customers-backers. Not a great future for them. Let's make them
       know via Twitter in #zxvegaofficial #zxvega @Indiegogo and
       @sinclairzxvega for those still not banned
