       New zerg building: small mineral container

       I want to address 2 issues of the game with this new building:
       - Performance issues
       - Small strategic variance in eary zerg play
       'small mineral container':
       Cost: 40*2 - c_offset
       Value: +2 spawner count
       Tech: Req. t2 or t3
       Size: 4x4 (it should not be space efficient)
       c_offset could be 0 for the start (then they don't change the
       balance a lot)
       But I actually propose c_offset=10-20 to make it more
       cost-efficient for zerg and give them a reason why they should
       build them. It also gives them more build options in the early
       game. Terran can react to that by pushing faster... makes the
       game more reactive and fun
       (I think its clear to the good players what I mean, therefore I
       make it short and don't explain it in more details)

       First off using terms like "c_offset" without much of an
       explanation (I'm assuming something like "cost offset",
       inefficiency in eco) is really not ideal (wouldn't blame people
       if they don't understand this thread, I'm not sure I do)
       Secondly, I've responded this this thread when it was a post in
       another thread and I disagree. Zerg doesn't need an inefficient
       building that doesn't even help defend.
       Case closed? (in my opinion this thread in this type of form is
       entirely undesirable to implement, but maybe I'm
       misunderstanding it).
