       sound notification that the game has started

       i've missed team selection a few times because I was looking at
       my cell phone and the game started before I looked up. If there
       was a countdown timer or some sound that the game started that
       would be helpful.

       Good idea. I like that it jumps up from tabbed out when loading
       starts, but it would be even better if it would happen when
       loading is done.
       Not sure if that is possible
