Late game Construction Yard

It's a common thing for people to make a yard on the low ground
(it's a common mistake to make a yard at all lol), and then they
keep it there until they are eventuall overrun by a zerg army in
the mid / late game.
Put your goddamn yard on the high ground ramp with 4 defenders
and a proper wall BEFORE you need it. So tired of seeing people
die in a game that is pretty much a free win with ion. It
doesn't only give zerg some chance to comeback, it will drag out
the time needed to finish the game for terran, and ion games are
too long and boring for me anyways. (I really wish chems &
italis were removed, but I guess not even then people would rush
ion, huh?)

This is the setup I like the most, there is some variation in
walls, there is reasons to do or not to do some of them, but
anything is better than having the 2 standard gates and nothing
behind it.

This is the wall I like the 2nd best.
Unified armor is obviously an essential upgrade. Should be an
upgrade you invested in a long time before having to bunker, but
I'll mention it anways.
There is a scenario in which I build my yard on the cliff, it's
a risky position because zerg can throw down a nest and snipe it
with hydras / ravators and without the dmg reduction your wall
will break... However, it allows you to have 3 fruit farms
instead of 2 on your high ground, which is much needed economy
if you get pushed in early (3 fruit farm + 9 cows = ~230mineral
income/minute). I guess I will share a replay, got so much
pressure early I knew I couldn't ever establish on the low
ground, so I prepared for a bunker play early on...

Could have done some stuff better, for example actually get 9
cows, but all in all pretty clean, the zerg weren't too good
anyway and had bigger problems than me x)
Funny how a 58/27 player (and some of his games are deleted, I'm
pretty sure) calls me out for bunkering lmao... it literally
took zerg till ~7:40 to start building on him and because his
energy was too low he ran out and lost his armory... x)
