       Terran Energy Bar

       Upon teaching a friend how to play, he finds it a bit difficult
       to keep tabs on his generator. He suggested an energy bar
       somewhere on screen.. I kind of like the idea, just something
       small and simple under current resources. Would help the balance
       of keeping marines topped off and charging up the tech lab a
       bit.
