cooldown on animals

could we pls get some sick cooldown on animals like 20 min or
something?(ofc after they die not after farms are build) for
anyone who plays normaly it wont matter as u dont rly lose them
unless u are falling back anyway. But it will deal with stupid
morons who decide to destroy games for 5 other people bc they
are upset and just feed... just had one of such games, both
zergs completly bad speed 3 and 5 dmg before 20min, yet 1
trash(sorry master but there is no nicer word to call them)
decided he is angry one of his sidemates didnt push so he just
fed for rest of the game....

I totally agree with Adam !!!! This could be a nice way to deny
the animal feed from angry players :)
We see that way too often.
I'm gonna add that to my list of stuff to add. Huge idea.

I'm adding something to prevent animals from being fed to the
Zerg. Although it is a bit hard to detect if it's done on
purpose or your base just gets destroyed. But when enough die
there will be a 150 second timeout such that no animals will
give minerals anymore from that player.

I think it is rare enough to not even do anything about it.
But a few minute CD could not hurt anyone i guess either.

Wmaster found a good fix to it I think.
Could maybe increase the time a bit more, but it will help for
sure^^
