Warning message for new players: Don't pick zerg

On the load screen and the race selection screen, there should
be a warning message so new players don't pick zerg. Something
like:
"New players should pick terran."

In general i like it but it is not drastic enough. Unlock Zerg
with 5 Terran wins. Also prevents smurf to some extent.

I kinda disagree... I started off playing terran before playing
zerg, however the deciding game for my hex career was a zerg
game...
I was kinda new to terran still (some 10-20 games played) and I
got a <heXnab>Oayoo on my left side... decided to focus that guy
because of clan tag pretty much. I was curve stomped that game^^
Joined discord and started improving. Sometimes the best thing
that can happen to you is to be utterly destroyed (very good for
your ego as well).
Anyways, I don't think there should be limitations on picking
zerg, there will always be new / bad players, so you're just
delaying the process needlessly.

I totally agree with RickSanchez. Zerg should not be playable
for beginners, it destroys the game experience for all 7 other
players and is therefore extremely toxic. The argument of Speed
is good but not valid. With 5-10 terran games you would be
allowed to pick zerg and get stomped by Oayoo's t1 rush.

I guess a small requirement like 5 games wouldn't hurt. There's
some arguements against it, there's some for it, I guess I
really don't mind as it won't really affect anyone much.

Fun fact: I've already implemented a 1 game requirement to
select Zerg at the start, but it has been bugged from the start
and still is. That was like 2 years ago. Code is still there,
but it's just not working.
First I couldn't figure out what the problem was because it
worked when testing offline, so I just let it be. My coding
skills have been improving and from just a few observations I
can already tell what the problem was.
I'm thinking to fix this 1 game requirement. New players will be
put in the Terran slot right from the start, so you could also
see who is new to the game with that. Note that it will still be
possible for them to end up being Zerg with the randomized
selection.
Players in my opinion shouldn't be limited too much, if they
would like to try out Zerg then I say why not, to get to know
the game better it is good to know both sides. And pro RTS
gamers might still put up a good fight. A one game requirement
would be a subtle suggestion that Zerg is a bit harder to start
with.
So yeah this should actually be a bug report lol.

I like the direction this is going, I am ok with an 1 game
threshold.
[I still think 5 game threshold is reasonable and increases the
fun for old players aswell as for new players.]
New players get a lot of hate when they first pick zerg. I don't
understand why new players get forced into this uncomfortable
position by a random algorithm. I understand if it is too much
work to implement a fix there, but there is no reason why this
should be the intention of the algorithm.
Still nice improvement overall. Thanks for the 'bug fix' :D
