       No way to salvage sentry-guns

       Sentry-guns don't have a self-destruct button.  So you're stuck
       with them until zerg kills them.  Yes, you can target them down
       yourself, but if they are in the aura of your conyard late game
       and all you have is an italis they are basically impossible to
       kill.  They can form weak spots in the wall, so there should be
       an option to salvage them.
