mineral extractor's sclaling

First of all, I must say that I love this game. I've been
playing it a lot recently, and even though there is some
situations that can be frustrating, like being focused every
game because every game because you are the only terran pushing
for instance, I find it to be enjoyable.
But there is one situation, one that I avoid at all cost, one
that every zerg player have experienced: playing with a zerg
player that doesn't know how zerg eco works (or even worse, a
beginner one). It means that even though you may be the best
zerg, you can't win against more than 2 good terrans.
This issue has been talked a lot in the forum, so I thought
about a way to solve it, or at least make it slightly less
punishing.
Having a zerg who doesn't know how to eco is a thing, but the
worst thing about that is that it is also punishing for your eco
as well, as mineral extractors scale on all spawners. Just
imagine if terran eco scaled on other terran's eco as well.
So here is a quick fix : why not making it scale on your
spawners instead of all the zerg spawners? That way your eco
will not be punished by how your ally play. Maybe the income
values would have to be changed, but the idea is that your eco
would be the same as if both zerg know how to eco.
