       Overcharge Gas Cost

       Marine overcharge should cost at least 150 gas, it's just as
       important as penetrating and shatter yet it's 4-5x cheaper. It
       provides similar dps increases and is essentially as impactful
       as penetrating for pushing.

       and what about unfinished Walls?
       if you can handle this... haha, why you doing a wall before you
       have  0v Wall tech ;P
       The Stimpack has a Cooldown, what the other techs not have.
       For The Attack... its Really crazy stronger as the 2.
       For Example 40 Veteran in a Shield vs big Spine (1300-2500) (is
       down in 1-2s with the help of all )
       and Stasis is really Strong if hp is not higher as 1300.
       but that is about the low Zerg. he easly can heal and have more
       hp in this Spine...
       glhf
       if you have focus... you have no armory... and you will be
       dead... Maybe Stimpack is the Bonus for make a Armory.
       Like the Yard have 150 for the new Eco Performence.. so 250 is
       same cost (because not have to had a yard to do).

       Armor 2 structures:
       t1 marine = 2.5 dps
       overcharge --- Increase in 100% DPS for 50 gas (for a duration
       of 5 seconds)
       pen = 5 dps --- Increase in 100% DPS for 250 gas
       shatter = no dps change for 200 gas
       Armor 0 units (without the Armory buff):
       t1 marine = 7.5 dps
       Overcharge --- Increase in 16.67% DPS for 50 gas (if used
       absolutely perfectly on cooldown)
       pen = 10 dps --- Increase in 33.34% DPS for 250 gas
       shatter = 12.5 DPS --- Increase in 66.67% DPS for 200 gas
       shatter + pen = 20 dps --- Increase in 166.66% DPS for 450 gas
       Armor 0 units (with the Armory buff):
       t1 marine = 10 DPS
       overcharge --- Increase in 16.67% DPS for 50 gas (if used
       absolutely perfectly on cooldown)
       pen = 12.5 DPS --- Increase in 25% DPS for 250 gas
       shatter = 20 DPS --- Increase in 100% DPS for 200 gas
       shatter + pen = 27.5 DPS --- Increase in 175% DPS for 450 gas
       Using it 100% perfectly on cooldown defensively still only gives
       a 16.67% DPS boost, which takes quite a bit of micro over the
       course of a game. On top of that, if you are needing to actually
       do this, then you are probably screwed if you get full F2'd.
       Overcharge is an amazing "Oh s***" button and it's amazing for 5
       seconds when trying to nuke down a big spine or a bunch of
       spawners, fairly similar to the tech bubble. As for actual DPS
       throughout a game though, it's not that great. This isn't even
       considering the energy savings you get from shatter/pen compared
       to the increased energy usage from overcharge.

       When you set overcharge at 50 gas, you're essentially saying
       it's equal to a sheep farm in value. Overcharge should not be
       1/4th the cost of similar armory upgrades, period. Your own math
       averages out burst damage, one of the greatest strengths of
       overcharge, over a massive period of time to get a value that
       obviously seems worse than anything else. You can use dps
       calculations for similarly insane results on ladder units. A
       swarm host has an effective dps of 6.86, yet is still clearly
       viable. You should not use DPS for something which has the main
       benefit of burst damage. If you really want to play games like
       this, shatter is a 0% DPS upgrade as long as you only fight zerg
       units in 1v1s. Penetrating is also a 0% DPS upgrade, as long as
       you're shooting strikelings. It does not take a genius to
       realize that this should not be the way you compare upgrades.
       At its worst, it's an upgrade that gives 16 1/3% more marines
       instantly.
       At its best, it halves the time to kill a big spine & lets you
       handle twice the f2'd units.
       This is not worth 50 gas

       Make the upgrade more expensive and good terrans will just skip
       it.
       Too many clicks to activate anyways. ;)

       Furthermore, Unified walls is way too strong for its cost and
       effect, Capacity is too strong (lol), the first 5 generator ups
       are too strong, the first speed upgrade is too strong, the
       entire hydralisk upgrades are too expensive.
       This is literally just distracting from actual issues of the
       game. Upgrade costs can be altered AFTER some of the more
       serious issues are dealt with. I don't see an issue with the
       overcharge upgrade as is, if it was 150 I'd genuinly consider to
       just skip it lol. It's effectiveness utterly depends on
       situation and is very much needed in the dynamic that a marine
       push has, imo. Penetrating is far more important when you want
       to kill buildings with T1 marines, shatter is more important to
       deal with mass units / F2 and those ups are far more expensive
       because of that...
