What a great masterpiece of a patch.
Unfortunally it makes tanklings as useless as before 4.5, just
like Beastlings.
Imagine, just imagine, another useless unit could serve as early
turtlebuster... Just spitting ideas.

My money is on the primals. Go for the Najdorf idea and give
them blink hahaha.
Primal ball blinking on top of marines will be fun side effect
obviously.

Okay, thank you for nerfing them but the "buff" to them vs con
yard aura is nowhere near enough to make them useful. I even
went on to test it in practice mode (among other things), all
the bunker-rushing terran has to do is get unified wall armor
and one linked defender to deal with mass tanklings with 1-3ish
attack ups. 2nd defenders for 4-7ish attack ups. 3rd defenders
for +8 attack ups. Terran should have one adept before a zerg
ever gets even 5 attack ups. Rendering these "bunker busters"
worthless vs bunkers.

Thankfully we can go back to playing at least somewhat normal
without huge dps tanklings, but tanklings are back to being
worthless again as far as I can see.

Meaning all these weeks were useless and a real waste of time :)
buff/nerf/buff/nerf without fixing the core problems is an
infinite loop.

nah terran changes were quite nice so far and zerg too had some
nice ones like transfuse... u cant say all was useless bc of one
overtuned unit

Oayoo is saying the core issues aren't fixed.
Sure, there are some big improvements especially regarding
firebat, but there is a few things that didn't change at all,
namely:
- 1 terran stuck with 2 noobs / useless terrans can effortlessly
be spammed to bunker by zerg.
- 3 good terrans (e.g. Oayoo + Avion + me) will roflstomp any
zerg without even trying. (let me know if you think otherwise...
I'm sure we can set up a nice little match^^).
- Roach despite nerf is still the overall most efficient anti
marine unit when compared to primal roach, ultralisk and
brutalisk. (there has been some discussion privately about this,
but I'm unsure if Wmaster will change the game according to the
outcome of said discussion).
- As zerg if your ally is new / bad and doesn't cooperate it
will severly harm your gameplay. Similar issue for terran.
- Zerg still doesn't have good survivability and expression of
skill in midgame.
Instead we have / had:
- Removal of chemical + firebat rework
- Reaper benefitting from pen laser
- Yard generating gas
- tanklings dealing insane building dmg
- some rebalancing / redesign of wall ups (which wasn't that
necessarry when they couldn't be stacked anymore due to chemical
being removed).
- a lot quality of life changes
Yeah, the game largely improved with these patches (except
tankling) but it's just a nice new layer of color trying to
cover the structural holes in the game. No matter how much color
you put on it, the holes won't go away that way x)

I explained lot of stuff on this forum, everyone keep ignoring
it.
speed did a nice resume here.
Terran gameplay is a success and this is why i play the game.
However, Zerg gameplay is not good at all, everything is messed
up...
I am really happy with how Terran current state is. Terrans need
to stay the same rn.
Wmaster should focus 100% on Zerg.
Terran is done. Stop working on it until Zerg is in a right
shape !!!!
Zergs need :
-early defensive tools/NO EARLY OFFENSIVE TOOLS
-mid game tools based on skill to SURVIVE TERRAN POWERSPIKE
-late game real units because Primals, Ultralisks and Brutalisks
are GARBAGE.
