       maybe balance the armor/attack?

       maybe balance the armor/attack? what is even the point of armor
       now? with no chem plant no player will reach 30 armor upgrades.
       morever, zerg have 50 attack upgrades and can easily mass them
       without any terran counterbalance.

       Armor works great when you realize you need to ion in order to
       win (i.e., when you realize that your teammates aren't going to
       attack so there is not point in pushing alone).
