unless a tutorial is introduced into the game, these changes are
only applicable to regular players, and new players are having a
much bigger impact because it takes them X number of games to
learn the basics.

Sorry for double post, just want to say I'd love to see exactly
this for tankling. It should be an energy sponge in the early
mid game, instead of being the first unit zerg spams.

so when will these ideas will be done? pretty confusing as many
things exist but some not (tier 1 up for zerg not 400)
