       Option to reduce laser beams

       Hello,
       oftentimes you meet players that have machines that are more
       related to a toaster than a computer. having an option to reduce
       beams can prevent low fps. maybe connect to a threshold of like
       30 fps. if it drops below half of the beams get not rendered .
       if it drops below 10 only a few beams left.
       if this is not possible a simple option to check uncheck would
       be enough too

       That is a good idea. I dont like the 3 FPS games.
