       Overcharge

       Recently there have been several reports of big spines
       disappearing before zerg can do anything about it, while I think
       that's fine at some point in the game as static defense is
       supposed to be outscaled and "weak" at some point, maybe we can
       address this with a redesign of the overcharge.
       Currently overcharge is +100% attackspeed for 4 seconds, it
       could be changed to +50% for 8 seconds. Same damage output, but
       less of a burst. Might make it a bit easier to hold on to big
       spines with transfusions in the early / mid game.
       Consider increasing cooldown from 30 to 34 seconds, so downtime
       is the same, too.

       Hmm.. Well, I certainly would prefer this over nerfing the
       bubble. The numbers could be played around with a bit but it
       sounds reasonable. I'd be down to try it out  :)
