       No button for shock trooper instant discharge ability

       After you research instant discharge ability for shock troopers,
       no button option appears in the menu when you select a shock
       trooper to use the ability, and there is nothing in the game
       that tells the player to use "F" to use the ability.  I think an
       "F" button should be added on the right side menu when a shock
       trooper is selected so new players know how to use the ability.

       I'm unable to replicate this bug. When I test it I'm able to see
       the command button together with its hotkey F.
       Were you still able to use the ability using the hotkey? If this
       is the case then it might have been some kind of visual bug, as
       normally when an ability does not show in the command card, it
       can't be used with hotkeys either.
       Does this happen in every match you try this?
       If anyone else encounters this bug do let me know.
