i think we should add something similar to the grand exchange to
make buying/selling more simple (just a little suggestion)

This is pretty difficult to code if i remember correctly, but i
agree 100%. It would be very helpful!

i dont expect like a fully perfect looking grand exchange just
an npc who does all the stuff

with set prices...

This is a good idea, But how ever, There is already a selling
items located by Edgeville,
And to buy things can ruin the p server eco due to donated items
can be buyerble through grand exchange,
but I won't support this because most items are drops.. Just not
the rares

i think it can include the hole server and buying and selling
also items should be all around not just for donators ect i mean
if they are willing to sell they're donated items thats what
they choose.

Well not all items have to be sold i grand exchange....you can
leave items out that can only be bought by donating or slayer.
