Dear Zepsity, I don't think the format should be should so
simple like that, you should make it into more information... so
I thought if I show you what I think it should be like, you
should also add the rules link...

Information: Copying this code means that you agree not to abuse
the position that you are applying for. From writing every
information is the truth. And you agree to the Rules of Zepcity.
We will also look at your chat logs to check if you are helping
players and not to abuse any systems. By watching you via
in-game will also give us A chance to see how you talk to
players. If you are choosing to become a Developer, You must
show your work and proof that you can do such thing. Remember.
If you abuse the System, your account will be Banned for life
and will be demoted, How ever, you are wish to make a new
account, If you choose to slack staff and say you done nothing
wrong. you have just got your self an IP banned. What ever you
are applying to, you must stay in your role what ever the cost.
You can't just have admin and do ::master. and play with the
server and not help other people if they requested help. Now
Lets move on to the questions that you will be getting for the
test. if you answered it correctly, and zeps development team
likes you, and would take you on right away, you will see
"Approved" which means when you log in to game, you have the
promotion that you wanted. If the Development Likes your Test
questions but not sure how you speak to players, They will say
"Thinking about it" Which means they will send there player
moderators and spy on you to see how you deal with. Which can be
use of Invisible commands. If the development team doesn't like
you in person due to your abuse, how you tackle things, breaking
rules, They will say "Failed" and then put the reasons down.
Player moderators are allowed to vouch you, however you can't
tell the mod to do so otherwise we will not consider you.

In terms of conditions to a forum staff... you have to make sure
every topic is clean, making sure that there no one abusing
anyone within the server. you will also have to move topics and
Lock the topics within reason, you also have to write
information why you locked the topic. You can't just lock it
with no reasons. Also your movement to the forums will be judged
to the server owner: danny which is the person who will hire you
if he likes the forum application. you also have to write
warning to people if abuse, 3 warnings should be enough but with
the warning you will have to do 3 following things, first
warning: Must a day, second warning: ban a day, third warning,
ban a week. after warning used, you can ip ban the user, you are
allowed to ip ban if user ddossing, You have also got to be as
active as you can towards the forums to keep the forums secure,
this means carry on writing posts, fixing the forums, adding
features and keep it updated.
Questions are small compare to the server due to the server will
be more active than the forums, but you will have to stay on the
truth.
We do not need to ask for how long your forum active is due to:
"We got accses to your accounts, and it tells us what you been
postiing." We will be judging on how you post things on forums,
and how active are your posts. We will also judge on your active
status.

In my opinion you should ask a staff member to post something
like this because they do the rules and they know what is the
best and I still like the old apply format.

Hah no I am certainly not a staff :P
But i put this idea to general discussion to have a discussion
about how about a new format to make it more complex and more
question as the current old ones are a little easy to do.
