       Player Ran Scene

       Rules
       1. All Player Ran Scenes must take place on location and may not
       exclude into other regions, time eras, or variants of the
       setting.
       2. NPC's involved must be documented on paper and submitted to
       the GM for examination prior to approval
       3. Combat must be limited to skirmish style
       4.Player Characters may not alter major events in the story
       5. Player Characters may use Game organizations, but not Game
       NPC's meaning they have to be originated by the player applying
       for a PRS

       What is the General Premise of the Story ?
       Who are your NPC's Involved ? (This includes a sheet for every
       one of them)
       Will there be Combat or No Combat ? If yes will it involve
       property damage ?
       List All skill rolls that will be called
       How many positions available for this scene ?
       The Location of the Scene ?
       How does this scene impact, interact, effect, add on to, change,
       or in any other way mingle with the greater story being told
       about The Court of Golden Scars ?
