       Character Sheet Template

       Below you will find the template for you Court of Golden Scars
       character sheet. Before making a new character please
       familiarize yourself with the PC creation rules.
       1. Starting XP is 45 with up to 10 points available from
       disadvantages. There will be a Karmic XP drop given to each
       character to the total of 6 per week with 12 on break weeks.
       2.Ronin PC's are handled differently in that they receive no
       restrictions on school techniques meaning if a PC opts to create
       a standard Ronin he may chose from either schools mentionined in
       the published material and does not have to follow a set format
       when choosing the next rank of techniques giving the option of
       choosing from the list of published Ronin paths.
       3. The Following Mechanics Are Banned:
       ALL Spider Clan with the Exception of Bloodspeakers
       ALL Imperial
       ALL Non Human
       A Note on Banning:
       As your GM I will always look for ways to put fun first and some
       aspects of PC creation will require a GM ruling even if we
       follow the published material to the T. That being said if you
       come across tech that is'nt listed here as banned and it does'nt
       fit I will always work with you to find a way to make it fit.
       The only things considered for the ban list are things that
       absolutley won't fit under any circumstance into the setting or
       story and I want to emphasize as much creativity and freedom as
       a I can, certainly as we go down the line of published tech,
       advantages and disadvantages some of them just won't work but
       thats few and far between.
       4. Players may only have 1 PC at a time and this PC must be
       approved before play is logged in the campaign as game canon.
