People host in Sweden, Netherlands or Canada (lol good luck) to
avoid copyright laws, not to avoid laws regarding privacy
invasion etc. The best you can do is look into user-submitted
content laws (similar to the DMCA protection clause for
filehosts so long as they respond to takedown requests).

I let the dev team take a look to the different offers above and
select which one I should buy (don't forget to mention the specs
in case of a dedicated server).
I personally like AnonymousSpeech.com, they have dedicated
servers, their prices aren't expensive, they don't ask for any
contact info, they accept Paypal, and they're in fucking
Malaysia, take a look at this :

As I said before, I dont know shit about the technical aspects
of things, but I read that AnonymousSpeech site and it looks
pretty good.
