i need help wheres the cheapest best place to get black tail
lights, black rims, black grill, black lip, and black out my
sign, also should i tint my windows?

Do you want to do sticker/vinyl lights?
Cheapest way to black out your car... Buy a can of spray paint,
prep it with sand paper, primer it and spray it black... Cost:
$15
Takes about 25 Minutes
