Oh, the uplifting jazz! Do you know any artists? I don't, so now
I'm curious about what kind of playlist you'd create! The mantra
of being grateful is amazing, and I hope you use this in the
future and incorporate the reminders during all the poses you
listed.

Theme: Waves
Dichotomy of ebb and flow
Life is constantly in flux and ever-changing
Allow your thoughts to flow freely like waves, watching them to
approach and then retreat
Emphasis on fluidity in movement
Incorporate movements that emphasize the idea of push and pull
Mantra/Intention: I allow myself to ride the wave and trust
where it will take me.
I invite you to think about one thing in your life that you
would like to let go of, and also one thing that you want to
call into your life.
Pillar sections:
I would incorporate the theme of waves into the sequencing of
the entire class. I would have students flow through Sun A
forward and then backwards, like a wave goes out to shore, and
draws back to the ocean.
Breathwork - listen to the sound of waves within you as you
connect to your ujjayi breath
Integration (cat/cow)
Creative section
Music:
Sound of waves
Ambient, upbeat music
Uplifting acoustic
Poses:
Flowing warrior II to reverse warrior, warrior II and skandasana
Undulating dog (flow DD to plank)
Chair pose, chair twist, chair pose, chair twist flow
breath-to-movement
Dolphin pose
Waves sound amazing and so soothing, Olivia! The mantra you
created for the theme is powerful, and the poses you offered to
remind your students. I hope you use this in the future.

Theme: Trust yourself
Pillar Section: I would remind my students periodically through
the class to trust themselves and where they are going. Some
poses would be at the Beginning, Standing at attention, flow and
balance poses
Music Ideas:
Ambient music
Upbeat lofi beats
Sound bath
Poses: at the beginning of flow, balancing poses, crow pose,
head stand
Wonderful theme Erin; trust yourself. Simple, direct, and I'm a
sucker for lofi beats. Lofi beats are trustworthy when it comes
to casual background chill music. I like how you put in head
stand for a pose, to trust seeing the world from a different
perspective.

Self Love is that sweet reminder, and the follow-up mantra of "I
deserve to treat myself well" is integral, and the sound bowls
are a lovely touch. Ditto on the classical piano covers.

Surpass your limits is riveting! So many poses to incorporate
the theming and Three little birds! I love it!
Sound hertz are deep and penetrating. It goes well with the
chanting you suggested, and Deva Premal's voice is out of this
world!
