Thank you all for taking the time to write on the forum; I enjoy
reading them.
I want to share a blog from traveling throughout southeast Asia
several years ago. While I had spent much time in Thailand
before the blog, it was a place to decompress after a very
intense trip to India. You'll see parts were written in Delhi,
Bangkok, etc. I want to share it because, even after (at that
time) four years of practicing yoga, I was all over the place in
thoughts, emotions, confusion, awareness, excitement, gratitude,
etc. A lot of it came from meditation and, honestly, questioning
humanity. I will continually explore different layers of yoga
that will impact me as it already has done. You will too.
If there is anything to take from the blog, it is to allow
yourself to shift. Allow yourself to rock from one side of the
pendulum to the other. Allow yourself to question your thoughts,
push through and pull back, lean forward and sit back, sit
still, or walk with intention, know your comforts and be open to
discomfort. Check-in with yourself, but also check yourself.
