       Chapter 3:
       “Get away from it all.”
       Obviously this is a much delayed response time, but more
       relevant than ever. During all of the heightened excitement and
       stress of this weekend I caught myself over thinking, reeling
       about the sequence, nit picking my cues, getting in my head.
       This is a big fueled a short period of self doubt. It was only
       when I detached from these thoughts and worries, and returned to
       my normal habits...(wandering the woods with Scout) that I felt
       at peace. This peace grew into trust, and then blossomed into
       confidence.
       Had I not escaped that thought pattern, I could have been
       consumed by it.
       Chapter 4:
       “If you find yourself inclined to accept something as true when
       you’re not really sure, ask yourself if it’s because”:
       I think looking at the prompts I mostly relate to accepting
       things from a place of hope and trust.
       If I don’t have a reason not to have believe something then I
       won’t challenge it. I don’t look for reasons to disbelieve or
       dispute things. I just observe them for what they are.
       I think that being hopeful optimistic is a far easier space to
       navigate that being pessimistic. An open mind receives, and
       closed mind deters.
