       The song goes he sees you when your sleeping, he knows when your
       awake, he knows if youve been bad or good, so be good for
       goodness sake. Santa is depicted to be much like God to me. Sees
       everything, travels the world in one night, with flying
       reindeer, a sleigh that carrys enough toys for everyone while
       not falling out of the sky, can fit through chimneys
       (Deuteronomy 18:10 "There shall not be found among you anyone...
       who practices witchcraft, or one who interprets omens, or a
       sorcerer, 11 or one who casts a spell, or a medium, or a
       spiritist, or one who calls up the dead. 12 For whoever does
       these things is detestable to the Lord")
       Can read all the kids letters, knows everyones name (Psalm 147:4
       He counts the number of the stars; He gives names to all of
       them) God calls the stars by name he certainly knows all of our
       names
       If you listen you will get gifts (John 15:7 If you abide in Me,

       Him,” and does not keep His commandments, is a liar, and the
       truth is not in him;) There are many verses about lying. Santa
       Clause is a major part of the holiday that is supposed to be
       about Jesus and commiting a sin on a day supposed to be about
       him to me lying is not a good way to start.
       Children idol him they want thier picture with him, wear him on
       there clothes, write letters to him, watch him on tv, see where
       hes at around the world, leave food for him, ect... the Bible
       says we are not supposed to Idol anything that God is a jealous
       God. Which is part of the 10 Commandments (Exodus 20: 4,5 “You
       shall not make for yourself an idol, or any likeness of what is
       in heaven above or on the earth beneath or in the water under
       the earth. You shall not worship them or serve them; for I, the
       Lord your God, am a jealous God.)
