       u should have a place on the forums where u can apply to be
       staff. if u do get one maybe the application form should look
       like this.
       How long have you been playing Xydia?:
       Email Address?:
       Why should you be chosen as staff?:
       What makes you stand out from the other applicants?:
       Will you be active ingame AND ON THE FORUMS?:
       Will you advertise Xydia by Voting Every Single Day and on RSPS
       Advertising Sites?:
       Will you be able to donate to the server in the future?:
       Do you have anything special to bring to the table such as
       coding skills/staff experience or stuff like that?:
       Gimme some suggestions on how to make Xydia better:

       Idk about that... but there should be a list which states what
       you have to do to get Staff like on the old servers!

       I'll be making a staff recommendation list, also I like the
       concept of staff applications, but there's also a few things I
       don't like. I'll discuss the idea in the staff zone, and see
       what everyone has to say, thanks for the suggestion though.

       Good luck to anyone trying out for staff in the future then!
       And yeah what Mike said, there are downfalls to staff
       applications, it's better to watch and observe people In-Game in
       my opinion :)
