Xydia's Official Server and Forum Code Of Conduct

These are the official rules of Xydia, if any member fails to
obey them, you will receive the appropriate consequence provided
in this thread. It's crucial that you read these over regularly,
the Xydia Staff team will not be obligated to undo any
punishments because, you didn't read, view, or notice the rules.
It's your job as a member of the community to read and follow by
these rules.
A few important notes:

[li]All bans, mutes and warnings need evidence. If you are
reporting someone, please ensure that you have evidence within
your argument and post them in the section Report And Appeals

or else we

[li]Whatever the higher staff team says is official, and cannot
be argued.[/li]
[li]The warning system works so that if you receive three
warnings, you get a temporary mute/ban on the forums. Failure to
obey the rules after the mute/ban expires will result to a
higher duration of time on the penalty, until maximum time is
reached.[/li]
[li]These rules can be changed at any time, and it's the newest
version of the rules that will be followed.

[li]You will show respect to every individual of this community.
If we see any kind of flames or harassment, you will receive an
infraction depending on the severity of your behavior. Failure
to oblige after an infraction will lead to a ban.[/li][/list]

[li]You will not BUMP your thread excessively. You must wait a
minimum of four hours before you BUMP your thread. Failure to
oblige will lead to removal of posting rights.[/li] [/list]
Definition of BUMP:
[spoiler]BUMP is an acronym for "Bring Up My Post". People say
this to bring their post from a lower spot in a forum to the
highest point.[/spoiler]

[li]You will not spam the forums in any way. This simply means
you will not post pointless topics to just raise your post
count. You also have no reason to do so you can just use the

section of our forum. You
will also not post one worded answers, you must have a good
answer or not reply at all. Failure to oblige will lead to
removal of posting rights.[/li][/list]

[li]You will not do any form of advertisement unless it's too
expand or better our Xydia community. We do not want to see any
mentions of different servers whatsoever. Failure to oblige will
lead to removal of posting rights.[/li][/list]

[li]You will not double post in any topic. If a Forum Moderator
or a higher superior sees this, he will delete your second post,
and give you an infraction. If you proceed on double posting in
other topics, you will lose posting rights for two days. (We
keep track of who recently lost posting rights due to double
posting, if it continues the days will rise and lead to
permanently not being able to post on forums).[/li][/list]

[li]You will not post any form of pornography on this forum. If
you are looking for a sex site, this is not the site for you. If
we see any form of pornography, you will be banned from this
forum with no questions asked.[/li][/list]

[li]Your signature shall not exceed the following dimensions
520x350. This means, it can't exceed a width of 520 and a
height of 350. Every individual must only have one signature
assigned . If you have more than one, you will be kindly asked
to remove the second. Failure to oblige will lead to banishment
of having a signature.[/li] [/list]

If this situation continues, the player will get jailed for the
amount of days the moderator finds suitable. (He is also muted
so he cannot bother any other player). Failure to oblige will
lead to a permanent ban.[/li] [/list]

[li]You will not spam the server in any way. If we see that a
player is spamming constantly (we have chat log), you will get
muted for a time the moderator thinks is suitable. Failure to
oblige will lead to a permanent mute and or ban. [/li] [/list]

[li]You will not far-cast. This is basically a cheat, and
cheating isn't tolerated in this server. The player needs to
report you for far-casting with picture proof. You will be
banned for an appropriate time. [/li] [/list]
Far-cast Description:
[spoiler]For those who do not know what far-casting is, it is
basically standing far from your opponent in wilderness whilst
freezing him with ancient magic, therefore he cannot move or
retaliate in any way.[/spoiler]

[li]You will not exploit any bugs. If you come across a bug, do
not go showing it off to all your friends or using it as your
advantage in any situation. Simply report it in the
Bugs/glitches

[li]You will not scam any member of the Xydia community. We have
all logs of chats/trades. Once we receive a report involving
this, it will be investigated and actions will be taken
depending on the situation. [/li] [/list]

[li]You will not do any form of "Player Stealing" whilst playing
Xydia. If a player is fighting another player in the wilderness,
do not go and steal his kill or it will lead to frustration and
flame. We need to keep the community stable. Failure to oblige
will lead to a ban. [/li] [/list]

[li]You will not do any form of impersonation of our staff team.
We all know who our staff team is, it will be obvious once you
try to impersonate one of us and try to control the Xydia
community your own way. Failure to oblige will lead to a ban.

[li]You will not hack another member's Xydia account. We have IP
address logs, if the IP addresses don't match after one player
posted proof of a hack, actions will be taken and the hacker
will receive the consequence. [/li] [/list]

[li]You will not do any form of X-logging. This means you will
not log into more accounts than one at a time. Failure to oblige
will lead to a ban to your second account. [/li] [/list]

[li]You will not do any form of advertising unless it's too
improve and expand the Xydia community. Advertisement of other
servers will not be tolerated. Failure to oblige will lead to a
ban. [/li] [/list]

[li]You will not do any form of duplication. If we find that a
player has too much of an item, there will be an investigation.
If we catch you duplicating, the duplicated items will be
confiscated even if you had the main item in your possession,
you will lose that opportunity. If a player finds out how to
dupe and starts to announce it to different players, he or she
will be automatically muted. [/li][/list]
Please use common sense, don't do anything you know is wrong.
You know the rules of society, anything you think is wrong, ask
before you do it. Even if it's not written in these rules, The
upper staff team has the last word, if we believe you've done
something wrong, we may still punish you.
