I think it would be cool to add more cosmetic items that a lvl 3
skiller could use. Items like elegant robes or clothes, flowers,
bug lanterns, the bowsword, pirate clothing. Items like that,
maybe make them pretty expensive. Also it seems to me that a lot
of people have max cash or more than max cash and they have to
split it between accounts, so maybe like a ticket that requires
max cash to buy and then you can sell it for max cash.

Also you should do something like...
To wear Blue elegant arm is thieve arm! you need like 30 to wear
skirt, 70 blouse, 90 legs,99 top
Red is fire you need like 30 to wear skirt, 70 blouse, 90
legs,99 top
Green is woodcutting you need like 30 to wear skirt, 70 blouse,
90 legs,99 top
black is smithing you need like 30 to wear skirt, 70 blouse, 90
legs,99 top
white is mineing you need like 30 to wear skirt, 70 blouse, 90
legs,99 top
then skilling requirements for other things for other skills
like runecrafting agility and others!

All ideas were amazing, I'll add them as soon as I get back to a

In real Runescape they don't. I have the purple one as a level 3
that i wear with my cook skillcape.
