Hey, just a few suggestions ;D
Gambler Rank - Allow players to apply for Gambler Rank. Give
them own icon etc, People with rank are able to host dicing x2,
hot/cold and any others i missed. To perhaps stop them scamming
would be if they earn the rank they got to hand over 50% of
there bank to owner. Also if a gambler rank was to have scammed
somebody and the person scammed has proof it should result in
instant ip ban.
Personally this is great fun i've done alot in real RS
Lastly for doners make the doner zone double exp? Have skilling
area in doner zone and prehaps custom bosses?

I agree that donators do not recieve much for there money!
