       [center]**FORUM RULES**[/center]
       We have a set of rules that YOU MUST FOLLOW or you may be
       sanctioned, given a match ban or even if the offence is serious
       enough a forum ban. Here are the rules.
       1) This one is simple NO time wasting, we absolutely hate it and
       so do other users plus it delays us carry out our job.
       2) XPCL is supposed to be a fun place to be for users to play
       and meet new people, therefore we will NOT tolerate any verbal
       abuse or even physical abuse. If your are suspected to be
       abusing a user or staff member you will serve 5 match ban as a
       warning, if you continue to be a tit you will then serve a short
       forum suspension, If you then further to continue you will be IP
       banned.
       3) It is a MUST for every team to have atleast 5 players in
       there starting 11 for an official league/cup match, there must
       be a GOALKEPPER and an ANY with your starting squad.
       4) As a manager its your responsibility to make sure your squad
       is ready for the  designated kick off time. If you are in need
       of a few extra minutes your able to request 10 minutes, if you
       have not appeared for the match by this time your opposition
       will be given a 1-0 victory.
       5) NO blocking the opposition's keeper, period.
       6) NO in game time wasting.
       7) Don't be a tit.
       8) No on forum spamming.
       9)be nice to fellow users.
