       DATE: 27.9.2013
       LEAGUE: MLB
MATCH: Boston Red Sox @ Baltimore Orioles
       PICK: RED SOX TO WIN
       ODDS: 1.80
       BOOKIES: bet365
       STAKE: 3/5
The Boston Red Sox is first in the American League with 96 wins,
ahead of Tigers (93 wins) and Athletics (94).
Boston will need just one win this weekend to clinch home field
advantage through to the World Series if they were to advance.
Baltimore was eliminated from the playoff race this week,
although they've pretty much been out of it for a week or so as
they sit 6 games back of a Wild Card spot currently.
Boston enjoyed a day off yesterday after winning 4 of their last
6 games. The Orioles took the final two versus a depleted Blue
Jays line up including a 3-2 victory yesterday, but had lost 6
       straight before that.
Red Sox are 4-0 in his last 4 starts vs Baltimore.
       Cheers

Let's back to baseball after one day off because I didn't have
enough time to write (my baby newborn is sick)
       DATE: 29.9.2013
       LEAGUE: MLB
MATCH: Chicago Cubs @ St Louis Cardinals
       PICK: OVER 7.5 RUNS
       ODDS: 1.95
       BOOKIES: bet365
       STAKE: 3/5
Today the last day of the MLB regular season and the American
League Wild Card has to be decided. There are three big games
today with the Rays, Rangers and Indians and all need to win,
but I will skip these three games.
The Cardinals need a win to lock up home field advantage in the
National League, and they will hand the ball to veteran Jake
Westbrook. Westbrook is 7-8 on the season with a 4.67 ERA, .293
OBA and 1.56 WHIP. After a good start to the season Westbook has
       really fallen off.
Over 4 appearances (3 starts) in August he posted a 10.29 ERA,
and in his lone appearance in September he gave up 3 runs in 1.1
       innings of work.
So far St Louis has already scored 7 and 6 runs in the first two
       games of this series.
The OVER is 5-2-2 in the Cards last 9 overall, 9-3 in Westbooks
last 12 home starts and 20-8 in his last 28 starts overall.
       Cheers
