       Features
       VIP's have the right to use special chats.
       VIP's are able to ask reputation thrice in a week.
       VIP's are able to delete their account.
       VIP's are able to lock their polls and topics.
       VIP's have other special functions and every normal users must
       respect them.
       Rules
       No abusing.
       No badwords,if you find someone abusing,report to Moderators.
       No post spamming or boosting.
       Refusing these might get you demoted.
