race reports budapest & spa

BUDA:
Q 2nd felt i was in with a real good chance in the race ,got
into 1st by the first corner held the lead for 4 laps till macca
passed me when i made a mistake,then i sat behind him for 1 lap
,then i pit,came out in 5th and on my out lap pushed to hard and
spun and hit the wall and broke my wing pits againnnnnnnnnncame
out in last pushed hard again got to 8th and had a really good
battle with aussie for 7th for around 5 laps,he ran way wide at
the 2nd last corner so i passed him on the inside,which gave me
track posistion for the last corner im sure i was ahead of
aussie and next u know he hits the pit wall and
crashed,,,,,sorry if u think that i on purpose squeesed u into
the wall but mate i had the line and i was infront,if u were
that close u should of told me and i would of gave u room,as i
did so for macca at the same corner on the 3 rd lap... :)
SPA: well i dont know who actually hit me at the first corner,i
have a fair idea who but wont say,(,just to keep peace) i was
more upset that i took 2 other people out because i got hit,,hsv
& some1 else
after that i just had no rythm after that and finished 11th
hoping my luck will change soon.....

BUDA: Qualy 5th but I could of qualified at least a half sec
quicker so I knew if I got a good start I could get a podium
potentially. Gained a few spots on the 1st lap & was matching
Maca's & ugotgun's times untill bout 3rd-4th lap I had a mini
spin & the following laps I was all out of shape badly which put
HSV through & dreglar on my arse. Came in Lap 5 as did Dreglar
right behind me & we both under cut HSV when he pitted. A few
laps I was able to pull out 2-3 sec gap on Dreg but a few
mistakes & he was within a sec again. Was absolutely chuffed to
finish just ahead & pick up a valuable second place.
SPA: Same story regarding qualy, kept butchering my laps &
qualified 5th again. Was leading the race for a short time after
the shenanigans that happened in front of me in the 1st lap. A
few mistakes meant I conceded a few positions. Had a battle with
Drew & won that after he hit my backside (racing incident) was
very close to DNFing but saved it from the wall but lost time &
position to HSV. Spent the remainder of the race stalking HSV
for 3rd & on the penultimate lap I capitalized on his small
mistake.
5th consecutive podium & have gone from 8th in the championship
3 weeks ago to 3rd 2points behind 2nd. If ugotgun had some
better luck we could be leading the constructor's. :D

Worst night of racing I've ever had with this game (personally).
Budapest: Qualified 9th, for some reason couldn't get a handle
on the Toro Rosso.
was racing really hard, but made too many mistakes in the first
few laps, including a nice spin that damaged my front wing in
the carousel before the chicane in sector 2.
People were sending me messages also, which was causing my game
to glitch a bit and was breaking my concentration. The middle
portion of the race was better, as I was setting a new PB lap
consecutively before I needed to get off my primes.
Pitted for options on lap 16. Came out right behind Gaz and Mad
Dog, who were in a very intense battle. Way too hard to pass at
the track, so it wasn't before long that my tires were wearing.
Mad Dog went wide on the front stretch and I drag raced and beat
him down the straight to take 9th. Tried an outside move on Gaz
in the carousel on that same lap, but couldn't make it stick,
started to lose it, and got overtaken again by MadDog. With 2
laps to go, Mad Dog lost it on the 3rd to last corner
(right-hander) and the spot was mine again. Unfortunately I had
to maneuver way off course to avoid him, so Gaz drove away a
bit, and that's how the race finished up.
Spa: Qualified 3rd in the wet (after damaging/losing 3 front
wings due to spins ... prob a new record).
First corner was clean for me, raced hard with Murph down
through eau rouge, and he conceded the spot to me. For some
reason my setup didn't transfer over to the race, so I was at
top speed almost right away going down the straightaways on
every lap, allowing most people to close the gap on me, but I
caught back up in the twisty parts.
At the end of the eau rouge straightaway, maca and dreglar had a
coming-together, and I took the lead away. As mentioned before
with my setup issue, it wasn't before long that dreglar took the
lead again down one of the long straightaways (can't remember
which one), and I raced similarly to him until I pitted for
primes on Lap 4.
After that, the race just took a nosedive. Got a ridiculous
corner cutting 10 sec penalty, had an incident with liv (racing
incident, but I did stick my nose where it didn't belong), 2
spins, and that annoying top speed issue on the straightaways.
Really need to go back to the drawing board and see why I could
not race consistently last night. Was good fun though, and hope
to race with you folks again next week if there's an open spot.

Budapest: got a slow start from 3rd and dropped back to about
5th. was on dreg's arse for a while till i spun at chicane. had
an eventful run to the end with striker stalking me on his
options. murph, i feel your pain from hockenheim.
Spa: shocking qualy, posted 9th fastest time but would start 7th
due to penalties for aussie and striker. turn one, what the
heck? was totally wide and ugotgun was hit and flew into me,
putting me back to 11th. capitalized on mistakes by murph and
aussie and picked up two spots in one corner. was runnin 3rd
under immense pressure from livo and made a mistake at turn 13
and livo snuck by. i got a run on him into the bus stop but
pulled out of it as i wasnt far enough up. finished 4th, a good
recovery from that debacle at turn one.

Hung: Started P6 AND MANAGED TO GET AROUND TURN 1 CLENALY I
THINK AT 1 TIME WE WERE 4 WIDE just basically stayed out of
troble for the whole race and other peoples mistake were my
treasure so ended up p4 ( nice win maca )
spa: started p4 was racing drew up the hill but decided to get
out of it got fuked over on the first lap where i out braked
myself and maca dregs were have a duel so cut the grass but had
to didnt want to a 10sec pen apart from that alright race
2mistakes were prob cost me a podum mayby cause i was catching
livo and hsv like a rocket
P.S Aussie at the last corner i cant controll the cars in fronts
speed im not angry just saying :)
