How To Stuff

A brief guide on how to use this forum for teg style rping!
Basically! This forum is going to run in much the same way as
the rp did on teg. The thread starter will put up some sort of
scene-setting in whatever format they're running it in, and
people will reply linearly with comments with their own
characters interacting and reacting. Post order/etc can be
decided by chat or by OOC posting in some fashion!
--
Main Tag: Canon rps go there! You can specify points in the
timeline within your post, but otherwise assume it takes place
at approximately the date it's been posted
Crack Tag: Non-canon but still rp related stuff goes here! Feel
free to spam this with pics, self rps, writing, and whatever
else you want
App Tag: Just apps go here please! The miniapp thread will be
stickied there too
OOC Talk: anything not related to the rp! You can use this to
plan things and stuff or just shoot the shit
Event Things: Mostly just the forum for placing Calendar items!
Feel free to add your or your OC's b-days to the calendar
Garbage Land: This is just an archiving place for mods to store
things. ignore it

Here's the forum Rules and a link to the Wiki

To upload images, I recommend either Postimg
HTML http://postimg.org/,
or uploading directly to the forum's
Gallery
HTML http://xderps.createaforum.com/index.php?action=gallery.
You
should be able to set up a personally gallery within there to
link things from!
Also, since this forum gives us a bit more freedom for
formatting, here's a few format styles you can use for your
threads (along with questionable abbreviations in case you wanna
use them)
-100% teg (100)
-teg style (TEG)
-half teg (HALF)
-all text (TEXT)

Examples

Example RP posts in various formats!
These aren't the only ways of rping here, but here's some
examples of things you can do! You might also want to decide
color/effort/etc style based on the thread
100% teg style:
Using the teg templates, if you really want, you can just do a
thread in 100% teg imitation and have your posts be tegsize with
no text and whatnot!

Mostly teg style:
since this isn't actually teg, you can also post in less
constrained styles, and make a picture however you want, and use
that as a post

1/2 teg style:
Also, since this is a forum, if the thread starter allows it,
you can make posts that use both pictures and words!

Modbunny hesitated, looking out at the city, thinking about what
they'd be giving up if they followed Genericdog's
advice.
Not-teg style:
And also, if you're into it, you can do a completely image-less
rp! or just image supplemented, or w/e. I really don't know how
forum rping works but if you want to, I won't stop you!
An armadillo watched modbunny through the window, as she
always did. Her window was across from their apartment, but also
a mile away and she had a telescope. She took notes and
memorized his features, steeling her heart for the task at hand.
"One more night" she whispered as she hooked up her DNA
scrambler for the last time.
