       Everyone should target getting to a Body Control of 21 as this
       enables you to ride horses.
       The following skills can help you build up Body Control:-
       Fighting
       Smithing
       Carpentry
       Fletching in combination with Archery

       Fighting doesnt actually gain u BC directly, its the weapon
       skills that gain you the BC

       Agreed, weapon skills. And the only way to get it up beyond the
       original 20 is fighting :)
