       1.8 Release?

       Is there ever going to be a release on 1.8? I just updated to it
       but had to give up these mods.  :(

       It is still going to take a long while for a decent RoadWorks
       prototype of 1.8 to come out.
       1.8 created a lot of problems which need to be solved first, my
       biggest concern at the moment is compatibility between versions.
       I want my downloaders to be able to load up a 1.7 world in 1.8,
       and just have it the way it used to be, but since 1.8 changed
       the block system so much it's very difficult to achieve that.
