fire away. [p]

Ah, he was finally ready. Sitting at the edge of the clearing,
Bowtiepaw bit his lip. No, he had to be confident; he had be
provocative like always! The ThunderClan MCA had stolen a picnic
tablecloth from a Twoleg campsite, and had brought it into the
clearing. A banquet of flowers was on it, as well as a few
pieces of prey for her. For Frostkit. He loved her, he really
did, though he never showed it in public. Bowtiepaw's tail
twitched as he waited, before calling, "Frostkit?"

The small slate and alabaster WindClanner had been looking
forwards to see her friend. As a matter of fact, as soon as
Rapidfire had announced that they were going to be taking herbs
to RiverClan (which was closer to the ThunderClan border),
Frostkit had been joyous. Bowtiepaw was such a nice tom-- but
that was all he was to her. Not a lover, just a friend. She was
much too young to understand love, obviously. As she swam
through the calm river and shook her fur off, all she wanted was
to have a good time with the ThunderClan medicine cat
apprentice. Upon hearing her name, she trotted towards him.
"Bow?"

"Frosty!" said Bowtiepaw, delighted, "Come have a seat!" He was
obviously very eager, though reminded himself to keep his
composure.
