Keiko was sitting, mulling over what the deputy had told her. He
said he'd see her when she got her injury attened to, and she
sure as hell did. The wound was cleaned and heavily bandaged.
Her heart was still strumming loudly the the wound still stung
pretty bad as well, but she'd get over it. She stood and walked
in circles, her head lowered, he messed up her eyes, and got her
angry - hell, he must be good, he wasn't deputy for nothing,
right?
She huffed "Damn it all." she murmured to herself, in a very
short temper wise.

[center]Oedipus knew she was angry. Hell, he'd be too if someone
fucked with his face! But he had his reasons, and he was sure
that Keiko would be happy in the aftermath. Well, maybe not
happy. Pleased? Sure, why not. The massive tom rose from his
nest and out he came, "I didn't change you. I just brought out
the you in you," The Deputy began with a crooked smile, stepping
out of his den as it was time they spoke. She deserved some
explanation and a slight apology sorta. Oedipus sniffed the air
to make sure no one else was around, to check that they were
alone-- indeed they were. With that, the silver grey tom turned
back to the opening entrance of his home and flicked his tail,
and invitation to follow. More privacy in here.
"Come on, ye rascal."

Keiko raised her nonexsistant eyebrow wearily, she didn't really
know what to think of this guy. First he messes up her face, and
then he's nice to her? Of all things? She just nodded and walked
around him, clearing showing she didn't trust him and was only
doing this because she wanted to. "Whatever." she huffed.
