we're at war. Her and Newspaperpaw." The tom muttered darkly,
slinking into the shadows to sit behind Bronx, his expression
unreadable. He was pleased he was back in action, yes, but upset
with Pinkpaw nonetheless.

happened." He answered, honestly believing this was the reason
although it clearly was not. Rapidpaw was grieving, and needed
someone to blame.

Pinkpaw nodded, once again falling into her natural timid
nature. "I-I'm sorry, I shouldn't have acted like that.." She
opened her mouth once more to continue, only to turn and widen
her eyes at her mentor in shock. "What?" She gasped. "I never
tried to steal you from anyone!" She held back a snarl. "It was
your fault you fell for another, and a Windclanner at that," She
snapped before turning away. Sighing, the red tabby calmed
herself and turned back to Reversedstar. "Ma'am, a medicine cat
can only be as active as it's clan. If we had more patients, I
would be active. I can only collect so many herbs, but I can
heal many cats as long as they come to the den."
