       The ebony feline licked a paw, padding out of her den.
       Breakingstar yawned, surveying upon the Clan. It sure was a
       great day, considering the leaf-bare cold that nipped at her
       nose. We must be strong, thought the ShadowClan leader, proud as
       always. Or we shall be...looked down upon. she contemplated
       before leaping onto the marshy stone that served as her domain
       when she was calling a Clan meeting and such.
       "Let all cats old enough to hide within the shadows gather for
       some Clan ceremonies!" yowled the leader.

       Paintedpaw padded into the ceremonies and sat down underneath
       the Highrock, interested in what the leader had to say. The
       eight moon old she-cat was a quiet, shy thing, but she was a
       great listener and stuff, and she interested again in what
       Breakingstar had to say.

       at the kitten. She remembered when she was a kitten, excited to
       become an apprentice. Those were old times, long over, times she
       wished she could relive. "You are now six moons. By the powers
       of StarClan, I give you your apprentice name, Toothpaw." said
       the leader. "And I will mentor you, if you'd like."

       the leader's shoulder, a sign of respect. She then padded back
       into the throng, her mottled tortoiseshell pelt blending in.

       A young seal point tom padded up and dipped his head at the
       leader and then Coldfury. He smiled weakly. "May I get my
       apprentic name?" Brokenkit murmured nervously.
