       FanaticTangents[/center]
       Second members are usually the second most important, and here
       that is definitely the case. FanaticTangents is personally known
       amongst all of our founding members, and is a friend of mine.
       However, it is not due to bias that he has been selected, but
       instead his pivotal role in the growth of these forums.
       For his ongoing support, I have awarded him with the title of
