       1.  A moderator can't ban a admin and Admins can't ban owners.
       2.  Admin's can demote moderator's if they're abusing or
       something
       3.  Overload should be fixed you've just seeing a glitched pot.
       What is your suggestion?: ^^
       Why should we have this? Because some are glitched , There
       abusers aswell.

       Admin's should be aloud to promote and demote with owners
       permission.
