       setup
       Your best friend is online, and he/she breaks a few rules:
       depending on the rule she has broken on the forum i will warn or
       infract here / in game i would warn or jail here for a amount of
       time decided by an administrator.

       No but am thinking of establishing one.

       result in an forum account ban?: I not only understand but i
       agree with this move.

       Also i may not fit your requierments to become a forums
       moderator but i do have experince and i will not upset you I
       have learn't from past mistakes and know how to forum moderate
       to a high standard i use grammar and can develop many things for
       you such as a wiki and a home page from html as looking at your
       html script that i haven't copy and pasted for copy right issues
       you could use some help with vpn boot protection etc but ofer
       than that please consider
