       Rules
       You will be infracted for breaking a rule twice, first will just
       be a warning.

       [li]Don't make a topic for your report, use the threads already
       made to report the moderator.[/li]
       [li]Do not make troll or joke reports, this section is not a
       joke.[/li]

       [li]Reports will be checked almost daily by the staff team,
       after a week if your report is proven to not be legit or if the
       moderator has already been demoted then the reports will be
       removed.[/li]

       reporting is removing your reports on them, then they can take
       action[/li]
