family adoptions?

So, I have two babies on this site. Winter and Feather, one of
Snow Pack and one of Meadow Pack. One is a subordinate, and the
other is just a pup. Neither is important in any way, but I
still want them to have at least one sibling to lean on.
Winter is a materialistic butt with one other sibling.
Everything about that sibling is up to you, but he/she MUST live
in the Snow Pack with her.
Feather is different. She has no family, as it will be assumed
that her parents and possible siblings were consumed in the fire
that is currently happening, killed, or captured for a zoo. So
I'm going to need either a sister figure or a mother figure to
help her through life. <3
