as long as i don't break these ( open ) promises

Bear wasn't really liking this place much. No one ever wanted to
talk with her, it seemed, which made things quite boring. She
had to resort to watching clouds and observing nature. BORING!
The solid brown she-wolf whimpered softly to herself and jogged
in circles, trying and faulting to get some of her energy out.

Zakarei made his way over. "Something wrong, Bear?" he asked
       her.

"No," she woofed, looking up and smiling. He probably wouldn't
appreciate her bashing the pack's boringness.

"Let me guess. You're bored. Second guessing your decision of
       coming here," he barked.

"Yeah, but I won't leave. I'm already enough of a quitter." She
sighed and looked at the ground.

He looked over at her with a questioning look on his face. "You
don't seem like a quitter to me."

"I don't try to be, but I left my old pack, and the one before
that, so doesn't that mean I am one?" It wasn't like she had
       very legitimate reasons either.

"No. You just haven't found your home yet," he replied.

She just groaned, then looked up with a smirk. "I bet you
       wouldn't let me leave anyway."

He grinned. "Nah, you're right. I would let you leave, though,
if you didn't feel like you really belonged here."
