laid down in his old den, wanting to be alone.

brother, Lysandire? Do you remember as you and every one of the
others came and attacked us, and drove us out of our home? You
could have stopped at my father, he was the one with the
darkness inside of him, but no, the packs killed my entire
family, and I'm not just talking those three. I'm talking so
many members of Cliff Pack dead, and then we were driven in the
stones where nothing can survive, and we lived, and hid, and now
we're who we are now. So until you all, everyone who
participated in that fight, comes forth and apologizes, then I
will do whatever the hell I want, do you hear me? I lost my
family, and my friends, and my home, so you understand when I
say I will do what I choose and you can not stop me," he
snarled, not leaving the cave deep in the cliff down the tunnel.
Zakarei went back to resting.

"We all suffered because of your stupid pack! You didn't try to
stop your leader, so we had to intervene. Stop making it our
fault, when clearly you brought this upon yourselves. GET OUT
BEFORE I MAKE YOU." How dare he challenge her authority! This
was her goddamn territory and not his and he needed to learn his
place!

wolves deserving of my respect." Why did he keep fighting? He
was obviously wrong. It was because she was a girl, wasn't it.
It was because she was really small and therefore weak.
Beginning to feel more and more insecure, the white wolf tore at
the dirt beneath her paws, grinding her teeth. She wouldn't give
in!

good or bad, friendly or mean. You stick by them no matter what
because they kept you alive. What if your pack didn't like what
you were doing and turned on you? Would that be the right thing?
No, because you are their family, and my pack was mine. This
will be my home again one day, I promise." He met her eyes, not
wanting to fight her. "And he was not a monster. He thought it
was what was right, so he did it. What if you thought killing me
and my pack right now was right? Would you do it? Would you kill
us when we haven't done a thing that we believed was wrong?"

now, and rightfully so, you grabby bastard." Her voice was
trembling, not from fear, but from anger. How could someone be
so ignorant? It was never okay to follow someone evil!
